Read Shakespeare's Sonnets in the textbook and study the explanation of the Sonnets on the Shakespeare site. No writing assignment this week. I'd like to see some informal responses to the sonnets on the "Discussion Group." The final exam will include a question about the Sonnets: I will ask you to explicate (explain) one of the Sonnets. Before the exam, I will narrow the number of sonnets from which I wll choose.
