Supply as much information as you can, using brackets to show 
any information that did not come from the source itself.

Use the following abbreviations for information you cannot supply:

n.p.  =  No place of publication given
n.p.  =  No publisher given
n.d.  =  No date of publication given
n.pag.  =  No pagination given

Inserted before the colon, the abbreviation "n.p." indicates 
"no place"; after the colon, it indicates "no publisher"; 

"N. pag." explains the absence of page references 
in citations of the work.
