(in quotation marks)
2. Title of the program (underlined)
3. Title of the series, if any (neither underlined
nor in quotation marks)
4. Name of the network
5. Call letters and city or the local station (if any)
6. Broadcast date
Unless citing a particular person in the paper, all other information with reference to writer, producer, narrator, etc., should appear between
the title of the program and the title of the series
