Usage: "use" - Editing Guidelines
Write with concise rather than vague (seem) or inaccurate (display, exhibit, portray) verbs. Always edit and revise "use" (or "utilize," or any other substitute such as "employ") - the concise subject of the sentence usually follows "use."
