Course Evaluation

A student evaluation for Distance Learning courses has been posted on the Web: https://wba.ccccd.edu

Please access this Web site between April 4th and May 2nd to evaluate your instructor.

After May 2, 2008 the site will automatically close, so be sure to evaluate your distance learning instructor before that date. If you are taking a Web course that ends early, you can access the site before April 4th to submit your evaluation.

Why Complete the Student Evaluation of Instruction?

The Student Evaluation of Instruction allows you to anonymously evaluate your instructor. These evaluations will become a part of your instructor's overall performance evaluation. After the end of the semester, your instructor's dean will receive the responses to the evaluation questions. The responses will not be connected to individual students so your instructor will not know the identity of the person giving any of the answers. Your instructor will not see the results until after your grades have been submitted, so your feedback cannot influence your grades.

Logging In

Please go to https://wba.ccccd.edu to complete a course evaluation for your Distance Education course. You will need to login using the following information:

*Important Note about the "Submit" Button

Once you click on the "Submit" button, your evaluation will be officially finished and you will not be able to access it again. If you click on the "Submit" button before you completely finish your evaluation, you will NOT be able to return to the evaluation to finish it. This is for your protection since the responses that are submitted are not connected to the student who filled out the evaluation. Therefore, there is no way to retrieve a partially completed evaluation.

When you click on the "Submit" button, you are finished evaluating only that one course. If you are enrolled in more than one distance education courses, then you must click on each course's evaluation separately.

One Last Note

It is essential to an effective evaluation process that the responses be your own. Please do not discuss this evaluation with your fellow students until after the evaluations are completed and submitted. Your evaluations are confidential and should not be reviewed by other students. Please feel free to give your honest responses to the questions.

Thank you for sharing your feedback in this important process. The results are used to ensure that CCCCD provides the highest quality of instruction possible.
